Nancy Sefton, owner of Unicorn Studios of Poulsbo, has learned the world’s largest distributor of nautical books and videos has adopted her boater’s cruising guide, a DVD titled, “The Inside Passage, Naturally!”

The DVD will be distributed to marine stores and related venues throughout the West Coast by Robert Hale and Co. Inc.

The 43-minute video is compilation of nature adventures along the Marine Highway, a unique 1,000-mile stretch of protected waterways linking Puget Sound with Alaska. Sefton’s DVD was taped during 14 summers of cruising. It includes a close look at rain forests, fjords, glaciers, the underwater world and wildlife. Unicorn Studios has produced many titles, most of them nature-oriented. Sefton won several national awards including the American Library Association’s designation Notable Children’s Media. She recently released, and donated to Kitsap schools, a video titled “Kitsap County Wild!”
