Step aside, Cannes, TriBeca, and Seattle. North Kitsap School District is putting on its own video and multimedia arts festival; DIGITOPIA, the first district-wide presentation of the best student work in video and multimedia formats.

The festival will have work in a variety of genres: Comedy, fantasy, animation, claymation, and more. Entries from the entire district will be presented at the festival from 5:30-9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, in the brand-new Firehouse Theater in Kingston. There will also be photography and live music at the Oak Table Café next door to the theater. Come out and see the cream of young Kitsap’s creativity. Seating is limited – arrive early and stay late.
