Food bank thanks contributors

The Kingston Food Bank would like to thank all those who have donated with a happy heart and the true belief that we need to take care of our neighbors and friends in need. What wonderful and special people you are.

We’d also like to thank the Kingston High School and Kingston Middle school. You kids did an amazing job. And I really mean amazing. Thanks to the Ladies Aid for the food drive you had for us; and thanks to Kiwanis, Bangor and Keyport. People wanting to do anything to help. Those of you who had no time to shop, brought money.

With the holidays catching up with us, we ask that you now focus on adopting a family. Please contact us if you are willing to do so. This is the time that we also start collecting toys for the kids. We can always use pet food for our faithful friends.

We know that the need will always be there. We see more and more families out of work, or who just need a little helping hand.

We have so many wonderful, constant donors and we thank each and every one of you. You all continue to amaze us with your generosity.

Vi Weaver and

Barb Fulton
